How to Access The Group and Coaching

The programme will be delivered online over 4 weeks and the coaching will run alongside this with an extra 2 weeks to make sure you've got everything you need in place.

LIVE sessions will be delivered via Zoom (2 per week - 1 in the evening and 1 daytime to allow maximum access).

You will have access to a private Facebook Group for day-to-day networking and questions. A link will be sent to you to join this group.

Links for Zoom Meetings will be sent to you via email and will also be scheduled in the Facebook Group.

Access to the programme will be granted when the group coaching starts on the given date.

As a LIVE coaching programme you are responsible for turning up to regular scheduled sessions on time and ready.  Sessions missed cannot be substituted or added on later.

You are responsible for following through on suggested actions and tasks designed to support your learning and progress.

Paying by instalments

If you have opted to pay by instalments you acknowledge it is your responsibility to pay each instalment on time until the programme and coaching is paid for in full.  Payments will be taken automatically on a monthly basis using the card you place on file.

If a payment fails without prior agreement,  you will be sent an invoice and will be required to pay the full outstanding balance within 7 days.  

Refunds

There are no refunds on digital products since you will have access to the full programme. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event you are dissatisfied and we will work with you to ensure any queries are dealt with.
